I. Genel Kullanım

• You can regularly shake your rug or gently vacuum it with a brush-free or soft-bristled attachment.

• Felt-like protective pads should be used on furniture legs to prevent heavy or sharp-footed furniture from damaging the rug.

• To ensure even wear of the rug, its direction or the placement of furniture should be changed periodically.

• Excessive weight and sharp surfaces can cause permanent crushing and deformation of the wool fibers.

• In areas exposed to heavy foot traffic and use with shoes, woven wool rugs may show hardening and compaction over time.

II. Leke Çıkarma

• In case of any liquid or stain spillage on your rug, it should be addressed as soon as possible.

• To prevent the spilled liquid from spreading, first blot the excess liquid with a paper towel.

• Never use chemical cleaning products containing bleach or chlorine.

• After blotting, gently clean the area with cold water and natural soap.

• Use a soft, white cloth during cleaning.

• Avoid rubbing in circular motions or vigorously to prevent the stain from spreading.

• Harsh scrubbing can damage the rug's yarn twist and knot structure.

• Do not step on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.

III. Derin Temizlik

• Have your rug cleaned only at professional rug cleaning centers specializing in hand-knotted rug cleaning.

• Be sure to inform the cleaning center that your rug is made from natural wool fibers.

• Request that no harsh chemicals containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) be used during cleaning.

• Ensure that stiff brushes are not used.

• Make sure that the cleaning products used are completely removed from the rug.

• After cleaning, do not hang your rug; dry it by laying it flat on an even surface.

• Do not use your rug before it is completely dry.

• Do not expose your rug to direct sunlight during the drying process.
