What are your payment options?

Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card: Your order is confirmed instantly. Up to 5 installments are interest-free, while interest is applied for up to 9 installments.

Will I pay a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery throughout Turkey. Your order will be delivered to your specified address without any additional charges.

When receiving your products, it is important to inform the cargo/shipping company by having a damage report filed if you believe the products are damaged. This helps to quickly resolve the situation in case of any damage.

What is the delivery time for products?

So-Mass products are shipped quickly because they are in stock. The delivery time of the products varies between 1-15 business days, depending on the delivery times of the cargo and shipping companies. To shorten this period for you as much as possible, we continuously monitor the process and stay in communication with you.

Are cancellation and refund options available?

Yes, we have a cancellation and refund option. To initiate your cancellation or refund, you can start the process by filling out the cancellation & refund form via the CANCELLATION & REFUND FORM.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCESS COMPLETED? WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE ISSUED?

Your refund process will begin as soon as the returned product reaches us completely intact. Your payment will be refunded in full within 1 week. The entire refund process is usually completed within 10-15 days, and your payment is returned to you.

Can you help with the installation?

Yes, we can help with installation. You can contact us by sending an email to info@so-mass.com or by filling out your contact information. We will respond to your request within 1 day and provide you with support.

How does the warranty process work?

We have great confidence in our furniture, which is why we offer an additional +1 year warranty on top of the 2-year warranty period required by law. Furthermore, in cases of damage to parts and accessories due to use, we provide paid spare part support depending on the product's condition. Don't worry, your furniture will always remain as good as new.
