I. Genel Kullanım

• You can regularly shake your rug or gently vacuum it with a brush-less or soft-headed vacuum cleaner.

• To prevent damage to the rug from heavy furniture or furniture with sharp legs, protective pads similar to felt should be used on furniture legs.

• The rug's direction should be changed or furniture rearranged at regular intervals to ensure even wear.

• Excessive weight and sharp surfaces can cause permanent crushing and deformation of the wool fibers.

• In areas exposed to heavy foot traffic and use with shoes, woven wool rugs may show hardening and crushing over time.

II. Leke Çıkarma

• In case of any liquid or stain spillage on your rug, it should be attended to as soon as possible.

• To prevent the spilled liquid from spreading, first blot the excess liquid with a paper towel.

• Absolutely do not use chemical cleaning products containing bleach or chlorine.

• After blotting, gently clean the area with cold water and natural soap.

• Use a soft and white cloth during cleaning.

• Avoid rubbing in circular motions or harshly to prevent the stain from spreading.

• Harsh scrubbing can damage the rug's yarn twist and knot structure.

• Do not step on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.

III. Derin Temizlik

• Have your carpet cleaned only at professional carpet cleaning centers specializing in hand-knotted carpet cleaning.

• Be sure to inform the cleaning center that your carpet is made of natural wool fibers.

• Request that no harsh chemicals containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic soda) be used during cleaning.

• Ensure that hard brushes are not used.

• Make sure that the cleaning products used are completely removed from the carpet.

• Do not hang your carpet after cleaning; lay it flat on a surface to dry.

• Do not use your carpet until it is completely dry.

• Do not expose your carpet to direct sunlight during the drying period.
