I. Genel Kullanım

•If there are any items such as coffee tables, sofas, etc. placed on your carpet, their positions should be changed periodically to prevent marks, and the contact areas should be vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner using brushless attachments.

II. Leke Çıkarma

If something spills on your carpet, you need to act very quickly.

•In such cases, first, use paper towels to blot the excess liquid before it spreads, and never use cleaning agents containing bleach chemicals (such as bleach).

•After blotting, the spilled area should be wiped with cold water and natural soap. •Wipe gently in the direction of the pile with a soft, white cloth, ensuring not to spread the stain; avoid circular motions or harsh scrubbing against the pile.

•Do not step on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.

III. Derin Temizlik

•For deep cleaning of your rug, support should be sought from professional rug cleaning centers. It should be emphasized to the cleaning center that heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) and hard brushes should absolutely not be used during cleaning, and that the rug must be completely free of the cleaning agent used.

•After cleaning, your rug should be dried quickly by laying it on the floor, not by hanging it.

•Your rug should not be used while wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
