I. Genel Kullanım

• If any liquid spills on your rug, attend to it as soon as possible.
• Blot the excess liquid with a paper towel without allowing it to spread.
• Never use cleaning products containing bleaching chemicals (e.g., bleach).
• After blotting, clean the stain with cold water and natural soap.
• During cleaning, use a soft, white cloth and wipe in the direction of the pile.
• Avoid scrubbing vigorously in circular motions or against the pile direction.
• Do not step on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.

III. Derin Temizlik

• For deep cleaning, use professional carpet cleaning services.
• Inform the carpet cleaning center not to use harsh chemicals containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic soda) and stiff brushes.
• After cleaning, ensure that the carpet is completely free of the cleaning agents used.
• Dry the carpet by laying it flat on the ground, not by hanging it.
• Do not use your carpet while it is wet.
• Do not expose your carpet to direct sunlight.
