I. Genel Kullanım

•Your rug should not be beaten or brushed, but vacuumed with the brush-free nozzle of a vacuum cleaner.

•If there are items such as coffee tables or sofas placed on your rug, their positions should be changed periodically to prevent indentations, and the contact points should be vacuumed with the brush-free nozzle of a vacuum cleaner.

II. Leke Çıkarma

If something is spilled on your rug, you should act very quickly.

•In such cases, first blot the excess liquid with paper towels without spreading it, and absolutely do not use cleaning agents containing bleach (such as bleach).

•The spilled area should be wiped with cold water and natural soap after blotting. •Wiping should be done gently with a soft, white cloth in the direction of the pile, without spreading the stain; avoid circular or harsh rubbing against the direction of the pile.

•Do not step on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.

III. Derin Temizlik

•For deep cleaning of your rug, professional rug cleaning centers should be consulted. It should be emphasized to the cleaning center that heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) and harsh brushes must not be used during washing, and that the rug must be completely rinsed of the cleaning agent used.

•After cleaning, your rug should be dried quickly while laid flat, not hung.

•Your rug should not be used when wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
