I. Genel Kullanım

• Your rug should not be beaten or brushed, but vacuumed with the brush-free attachments of a vacuum cleaner.

• If there are items such as coffee tables, sofas, etc., placed on your rug, their positions should be changed periodically to prevent marks, and the contact areas should be vacuumed with the brush-free attachments of a vacuum cleaner.

II. Leke Çıkarma

If something is spilled on your rug, you must act quickly.

•In such cases, first, dab the spill with paper towels to absorb excess liquid before it spreads; under no circumstances should cleaning agents containing bleach (such as laundry bleach) be used.

•The area where the liquid was spilled should be wiped with cold water and natural soap after dabbing. •Wiping should be done gently, in the direction of the pile, with a soft white cloth, without spreading the stain; circular or vigorous rubbing against the pile should be avoided.

•The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

III. Derin Temizlik

• For a deep cleaning of your rug, professional rug cleaning centers should be consulted. It should be emphasized to the cleaning center that heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) and hard brushes should absolutely not be used during washing, and that the rug must be completely free of the cleaning agent used.

• After cleaning, your rug should be dried quickly by laying it flat, not by hanging it.

• Your rug should not be used when wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
