I. Genel Kullanım

•Your rug should not be beaten or dusted by hand; it should be vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner using brushless attachments.

•If there are items such as coffee tables or armchairs placed on your rug, their positions should be changed periodically to prevent indentations, and the areas they were in contact with should be vacuumed using brushless attachments.

II. Leke Çıkarma

If something is spilled on your rug, you must act very quickly.

• In such cases, first, before the liquid spreads, blot the excess liquid with a paper towel, and absolutely no cleaning agents containing bleaching chemicals (such as bleach) should be used.

• The area where the liquid was spilled should be wiped with cold water and natural soap after blotting. • Wiping should be done with a soft, white cloth in the direction of the pile so as not to spread the stain; circular or harsh scrubbing against the pile should be avoided.

• The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

III. Derin Temizlik

•For a deep clean of your rug, professional rug cleaning centers should be consulted. It should be emphasized to the cleaning center that heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) and harsh brushes should absolutely not be used during washing, and that the rug must be completely rinsed of any cleaning agents used.

•After cleaning, your rug should be dried quickly while laid flat, not hung up.

•Your rug should not be used while wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
