I. Genel Kullanım

•To prevent heavy or sharp-footed furniture from damaging your carpet, felt-like pads should be used under furniture feet, and the carpet's direction or furniture placement should be periodically changed. Excessive weight and sharp points can cause irreversible damage to the fibers.

•Using woven carpets in areas exposed to heavy traffic and shoe use can cause hardening and flattening of the carpet fibers.

If something spills on your carpet, you must act very quickly.

•In such cases, first, dab with a paper towel to absorb excess liquid before it spreads, and absolutely do not use cleaning agents containing bleach (such as bleach).
•After dabbing, the area where the liquid spilled should be wiped with a damp cloth.
•Wiping should be done in a way that does not spread the stain; avoid circular and hard scrubbing. Hard scrubbing during wiping can damage the twist and weave of the fibers.
•The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

•For deep cleaning your carpet, professional dry cleaning centers should be consulted.

•It should be emphasized that harsh chemicals containing caustic soda should not be used during the cleaning process, and it should be warned against using hard brushes and attachments, and that the carpet must be completely rinsed of any cleaning material used.
